What Personal Data We Collect and Why
The protection of your privacy is paramount to Right to Know. The only information Right to Know collects is what is necessary to register for our materials. This includes a username, your full name, email address, billing address, and purchase history. For CE courses, we also need to collect information related to your professional license.
Right to Know will never sell or share your information with any third party, except for the purpose of confirming continuing education credits from an authorized accrediting agency/organization.
Payment Account Information
Right to Know does not store your payment account information (e.g. credit card info, etc.). Our online credit card payments are processed externally by one of the world’s largest accredited credit card processing gateways. We never see the credit card information on our end. However, the payment processing company we utilize does afford you the option to store your payment account (i.e. credit card) on file in their system for future use. We have no access to this data.

By providing your information, you consent to Right to Know’s collection and use of it for the purposes outlined above. Personal information is collected when you establish an account during your initial purchase, and via any subsequent purchases. You may opt-in to receive future email notifications from time to time about new course offerings, changes in the website, and special promotions. You can always remove your email from the list at any time upon receipt of such notification.
Cookies
If you visit our website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. An additional cookie is set that supports the purchase cart application.
Once you complete an initial purchase, and any time you log in to your account thereafter, we will also set several cookies that enable the use and display of your account information, to include access to any materials you have purchased.

Materials on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
